All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibit hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family, or colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in the event areas. We respectfully ask that no children be brought to the meeting room as a courtesy to the speakers and other meeting attendees.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS:

The Diamond Headache Clinic Research & Educational Foundation invites you to submit abstracts for our Poster Session at the Headache Update 2018, taking place July 12-15, 2018, at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.  The deadline for abstract submissions is Thursday, May 31, 2018 by 11:59PM CT.  All abstracts will be reviewed by the Review Committee and may be accepted or rejected for poster presentation.  Notification of acceptance will be sent to authors via email by June 7, 2018.  Poster presentations will be displayed throughout the course.  Submission of an abstract constitutes a commitment by the author(s) to present their work if the abstract is accepted for poster presentation.

Guidelines for Abstract Submission

  •  Abstracts should be submitted by email to jdeleon@diamondheadache.com by Thursday, May 31, 2018 (11:59PM CT).

  • Presenters of selected abstracts must register and attend the complete course.

  • Presenters must attend the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, July 11, 2018, from 7pm – 9pm.  Posters should be mounted by 6pm.
