CANCELLATIONS:

No refunds will be issued after July 6, 2012. A $50.00 processing fee will be deducted for cancellations. Requests for cancellations can be sent by email to info@dhc-fdn.org.

 

CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION:

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and the Diamond Headache Clinic Research & Educational Foundation.  Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science designates this live activity for a maximum of 21.0 AMA PRA Category 1 credits.  Physicians should claim only credits commensurate with the extent of their participation in this activity.

This continuing medical education activity has been reviewed by the American Academy of Pediatrics and is acceptable for a maximum of 21.0  AAP credits. These credits can be applied toward the AAP CME/CPD Award available to Fellows and Candidate Members of the American Academy of Pediatrics.


This Live activity, Headache Update 2012, with a beginning date of 07/12/12, has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 22.0 Prescribed Credit(s) by the American Academy of Family Physicians.
